• Name and contact details (Email address, Phone number).
• Account login credentials.
• Vehicle details (Make, Model, Registration number) for warranty and service purposes.

B. Device and Battery Data

To monitor your battery health, we collect technical data from your Liionergy Battery via Bluetooth/IoT:

• Battery State of Charge (SoC), Voltage, Current, and Temperature.
• Battery cycle counts and cell balance status.
• Fault logs and hardware diagnostic alerts.

C. App Permissions & Hardware Access

The App requires specific device permissions to function correctly. You will be prompted to grant these permissions within the App:

• Location Services: Used for the "Immersive Drive Mode", calculating accurate range estimation, providing localized weather updates, and trip history tracking.
• Camera: Used strictly for scanning the QR code on your Liionergy battery to enable instant pairing.
• Bluetooth/Nearby Devices: Required to establish a local connection between your smartphone and the battery's BMS (Battery Management System).
• Push Notifications: Used to send critical system alerts (e.g., over-temperature warnings, low battery alerts).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To Provide App Features: To display live dashboard metrics, range estimations, and trip histories.
• To Ensure Safety: To detect proactive faults and send instant critical alerts regarding battery health.
• For Warranty & Service: To honor the 4-hour service guarantee, process insurance claims, and verify warranty status.
• To Improve Our Products: Aggregated, anonymized battery performance data helps our R&D team improve future Liionergy products.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following situations:

• Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our App (e.g., cloud hosting services like AWS/Google Cloud, SMS gateway providers for OTPs).
• Franchise Partners/Technicians: Limited diagnostic and location data may be shared with authorized Liionergy service technicians solely to fulfill a repair or service request initiated by you.
• Legal Obligations: If required by law, court order, or governmental regulation to protect our rights, property, or safety.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information and battery data. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law (such as for tax and warranty records).

Account Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data. You can do this directly through the "Profile" section of the App, or by contacting our support team. Upon request, we will delete your personal data, except for anonymized diagnostic data which we keep for R&D purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

The Liionergy Battery Direct App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take immediate steps to delete such information.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or our App features.
